We are pleased to announce that a programme of wine courses will soon be available.

These are aimed at the novice wine enthusiast who is keen to learn more.

The courses will you to:

• Learn about grape varieties grown around the world
• Explore the wine producing regions
• Develop a skill as a wine taster and to match food and wines

Course Outline

8-week course, tasting a minimum of 6 wines each week.

WEEK 1 Tasting technique and classic white grape varieties
WEEK 2 Wine production and classic red grape varieties
WEEK 3 Northern France
WEEK 4 Southern France
WEEK 5 Spain/ Portugal
WEEK 6 Italy
WEEK 7 Australia and New Zealand
WEEK 8 South Africa, Chile, U.S.A
