We are pleased to announce the next running of our introductory wine course.

These are aimed at the novice wine enthusiast who is keen to learn more.

The courses will you to:

• Learn about grape varieties grown around the world
• Explore the wine producing regions
• Develop a skill as a wine taster 

Course Outline

8-week course, tasting a minimum of 6 wines each week.

WEEK 1 Tasting technique and classic white grape varieties
WEEK 2 Wine production and classic red grape varieties
WEEK 3 Northern France, Bordeaux, Loire Valley
WEEK 4 Northern France; Burgundy, Rhone Valley
WEEK 5 Southern France;Languedoc Roussillon
WEEK 6 Spain & Portugal
WEEK 7 Italy
WEEK 8 Australia & New Zealand
