I don’t think I have tasted a wine made by Donovan Rall that I don’t like. This Chenin is made from an old Rooibos tea plantation at over 750 metres above sea level. Made with as minimal intervention as possible, with natural yeast fermentation.
Perfect to match some grilled chicken from the BBQ this summer. It has classic citrus and oily notes with good texture and refreshing appley acidity. 14 % vol.
