Dry and fresh white from vineyards in King Valley & Yarra Valley. Aromas of pear, pea shoots and lemon thyme, leading on to lime and miso on the palate. Crisp, bone dry and more’ish with a twangy lemon sorbet finish.
15% matured in French oak for that lush mouthfeel. Barrels lees stirred for three months.
