A lovely cool-climate pinot noir from Orange, in New South Wales.
Fermented with wild yeasts, the juice was subject to an extended maceration for greater depth. The wine was then racked on oak for ageing.
Garnet red in colour. Perfumed and fragrant. Generous, ripe berry fruit with spice, and savoury notes. Supple tannins on the long finish.
