Rolly Gassmann, Alsace Pinot Gris 2016

This wine is was one of the real stars.  It shows you can truly get amazing complexity from this grape variety and although now 4 years old its drinks like a wee babe and a beautiful one at that!

It is off-dry but don’t let that put you off because it does have great acidity also driving through this wine. Have with mild thai & noodle dishes or a slow cooked Sunday roast belly of Pork.
