Established in 2009 between friends Tom Warner and Sion Edwards, the two were looking to diversify their family farms. They initially sort to make essential oils with the pot still. However, their attentions soon turned to distilling premium gin from Toms farm in Harrington, Northamptonshire.
This limited edition Rhubarb Gin is made from rhubarb that can trace it’s origins to the gardens of Buckingham Palace no less! Made in small batches using their Harrington Gin at 89%, it is then infused and cut with the rhubarb to 40% vol. With wonderful aromatics and a touch of sweetness.
