We have listed their Chardonnay for sometime now – because as it has always delivered and some. However, we felt that the Malbec had always lacked a little ‘polish’. However, from a recent tasting this wine really has come of age and will proudly sit on our shelves (although we don’t anticipate it to be there that long!).
Not as full bodied as an Argentinian… but that’s part of its charm. With lovely soft dark spicy and mocha notes, confirmed on the palate with approachable soft sweet tannins. Fermented in stainless steel vats and then a percentage spends 3 months maturing in American and French oak barrels. 13% vol.
