It was a great pleasure to meet Jerome again at a recent tasting; here is their latest release of their lovely clean crisp pale dry rose from Costieres des Nimes (no it’s not Provence – but it’s similar in style and character). Has amazing freshness due to its proximity to the sea and the camargues.
A pretty, aromatic nose with ripe raspberry and cranberry flavours on the palate and nicely balanced with just enough bright acidity to counter the tasty, southern fruit.
