I had to admit I was expecting sweet unpleasant highly acidic sparkling rosé, but was very pleasantly surprised. It’s great when you take a leap of faith, albeit with a gentle nudge! Enjoy. A delicate pink sparkling rosé with strawberry and raspberry aromas and soft berry characters on the palate.
Fresh acidity balanced by zesty, cherry notes makes this a easy and appealing fizz. 10.5% vol
