Chateau Violet Sauternes 2015 37.5cl

We re-tasted this lovely dessert wine a few weeks ago and this is the latest vintage from the two Ladies tat own and run the property in Sauternes.

It may not come from one of the larger more recognised Sauternes estates, but trust me it does deliver and offers great value. Sweet honeyed and vanilla caramel notes not cloying but has good refreshing acidity.
