Payton & Jones Major Kong Syrah, Yarra Valley 2018

We have been lucky enought two meet these two winemaking friends (Payten & Jones) a few times now, always a pleasure.

As they claim their wines are unashamedly unconventional they are as natural as they come once the grapes are back in the winery they just let the fermetntion go and read the paper… or so they claim! Soft, fleshy and savoury cherry and spice notes combined, balance of tannins and alcohol at 13.5% vol.
