Pale lemon yellow, this wine has a touch of honey on the nose. The palate has flavours of bright lime, lemon and grapefruit with steely minerality and refreshing acidity. The wine has a surprisingly weighty texture and a mouthwatering finish with a touch of spice.
Nicholas Moser took over running the estate from his Father several years ago now and all wines are certified organic.
