This is now the second year we have listed this lovely delicate rose. A rosé made with the nebbiolo grape in the region of Coste della Sesia in northern Piedmont (incorporates the DOc’s of Ghemme, Carema & Bramaterrra). latest vintage has just landed.
Wonderful crushed red fruits, good refreshing acidity but with no weight/backbone… in that it would pair well with lighter dishes. 13% vol.
