I have to own up as huge error on my part as only just added this sherry to the website despite having sold it for years!
Valdespino is one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez, with a history of Sherry production going back six centuries! They make spectacular wines. Here as stipulated the wine is made and aged in the town of Sanlucar de Barremeda.
This is bone dry with delicate bready, yeasty notes, green olives, herbal elements, jasmine. 37.5cl bottles & 15% vol.
Keep in the fridge once open and drink within 7 days, if it lasts that long. Santé!
