Most of you are probably au fait with the wines of Alex & Hilary Zahel by now – with 95 separate parcels within Vienna, and a grand total of 53 different wines made last year alone! Certified Biodynamic, bees and wildflowers adorn the rows just as much as grapes do. Zahel are technically natural winemakers, skin contact is used on all whites, but they are militantly not orange & there’s not so much of a whisper of funk or awkwardness, just concentration & class.

Inviting aromatic notes, dry, complex stone fruits lovely weight and structure with perfect balanced acidity. A real joy of a wine. 13% vol.
