Christmas is approaching!
Well, I can’t quite believe where the year has gone again! Generally there is always a rush get out of January and February, as the traditional challenging months with the lack of light, cold weather and general retail malaise!
That said, I do love this time of year (well maybe a love/hate relationship, as it doesn’t come without a few hurdles) and one of the best things is that our shop takes on another level of magic: with our Christmas lights decorations going up this week (not too early) and the shop floor now crammed full of wine goodies. Plenty for those of you either keeping it small, or those hosting the whole family with Uncle Tom Cobley and all!
As a reminder and as the festive season approaches, you may be pleased to know the shop will be open 7 days a week, so do please check out our website for the opening times.
We look forward to seeing you all and as ever, will be on hand to help you make the perfect choice of wine for a gift or for the Christmas table.

Once again, we are so excited about our Christmas selection of wines – perhaps more than ever this year, as we continue to ensure that we offer quality wines that are great value.
We of course have a number of wines on offer from as little as £9.95, along with ports, whiskies, sparkling wines and small grower champagne houses.
On that note, check out Pierre Mignon Vintage champagne 2015 which is now only £34.50 (previously £38.50!).
