To find quality vintage champagne at this price is pretty impressive and it doesn’t just end there! Pierre Mignon’s 14 hectares are spread across the region, including the Marne Valley, Côtes des Blancs and Épernay. Plantings are predominantly Pinot Meunier (60%), with Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (10%), all meticulously harvested by hand.
Particularly expressive with notes of white peach, dried fruit and toasted almonds. A persistent, delicate bubble reflects its finesse while butter and brioche character indicate the development.
