One of the things we love about this wine is that it is Sauvignon blanc, fine you get that part, but it is not Sauvignon blanc from Marlborough or the Loire Valley or Adelaide Hills, but Trentino in nothern Italy and that’s the ‘cool’ part!
Intense yet refined varietal characteristics, herbaceous, nettle, elderflower, tropical fruit and lemon zest. Palate is ripe and juicy with crisp citrus acidity and white peach notes. An attractive texture and depth and a gently floral finish.
