Darling Cellars Lime Kilns White 2019

Part of Darling Cellars’ Heritage Collection, with notes of peach, apricot and citrus fruits. This is a complex wine with good length and ageing potential. A blend of 79% Chenin Blanc, 10.5% Viognier and 10.5% Chardonnay. 9 months on the lees, in oak barrels, has added a wonderful depth to the wine.

I love this rich honeydew melon / orange blossom / waxy appley element of this complex and great value white wine.
