The Duo Rosso is an Amarone-inspired red wine crafted jointly by winemakers Enrico Marcato and Mirko Sella. 50% Corvina, 50% Cabernet Franc. The grapes undergo the appassimento (drying) technique before fermentation, followed by ageing in oak barrels. Rich cherry and red-berry fruit flavours, a touch of coffee, sweet spice and a smooth finish with soft tannins.
