As is the practice at Les Héritiers, vines are managed sustainably and harvesting is by hand, allowing sorting to take place directly in the vineyard. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and ageing is 100% in oak casks (20% of which are new) for 16 months.

Garnet red with fragrant raspberry and cherry-scented fruit which is ripe and concentrated. The brilliant fruit-forward style is matched with some gamey Burgundian complexity married with a tight-knit but supple structure and classic Beaune acidity.
