Stanley Estates Pinot Gris 2017

An aromatic dry wine with bright, light yellow and green hues. It has a softly concentrated nose with pear and green apple skin aromas melded harmoniously with complex flint and mineral elements, nuts and a wild barrel-ferment note.

Medium bodied, the mouthfeel has good weight and flowing viscosity. A fine phenolic thread and sweet acidity balances the fruit and barrel-ferment richness and leads to a slender, lingering dry finish with a hint of white pepper spice.
