High-altitude, old-vine field-blend of Arinto, Maria Gomes, and Viosinho. Part of the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, to retain freshness and vibrancy. The other part was aged in a old, 1200 Litre barrel, to add a little richness and complexity. The resulting wine shows an amazing range of fruit flavours, with great ripeness and weight. It is also balanced with zippy freshness and a stoney, mineral texture.
