La Crema Pinot Noir, Monterey 2021

La Crema is a Jackson family owned and operated winery, focusing exclusively on cool-climate appellations located in Russian River Valley, Sonoma, Monterey and Oregon.

This is their offering from Monterey and when Jonathan and I tasted it we were suitably impressed. Now even more so with the Christmas offer.

Lovely red berried, strawberry and raspberry notes – beautifully intermingled with the oak ageing (8 months) giving lovely depth and character to this wine, with good acidity as well. This will certainly be one in my Christmas box this year. 13.5% vol .
